I go out of my way to get my oil changed here. Quick, excellent work. I trust them with my vehicles. Friendly staff. Have longer hours than most similar places...open nice and early. They have even stayed open an extra 10 minutes for me when I've called ahead and traffic was bad. Love them!

Never feel pressured to add additional services. I recently pulled up for a headlight change I had only noticed hours earlier and needed to get on the road for the holidays. They had a long line as expected but they always come right out and check in with you when you first pull up. Realizing I only needed a headligjt, they sent a technician right out in the cold who dropped down and changed it while I sat in line. Took less than 5 minutes, grabbed my info, ran my card and I never even had to pull into the bay. It helped me get on the road on time and not congest their driveway. Win/win.

I have gone to this location in Westerville off and on throughout the years - and decided to go back due to a few factors such as time, area, and pricing compared to the dealership. The line had a few people in front of me, but they got everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. The techs are very friendly, courteous, and not overbearing as far as selling extras. They seemed to run very efficiently and smoothly as they worked. I observed them interacting with other clients in the same manner. I was surprised to read that people felt like the tires and extras weren't getting done correctly - as they seemed to take care of my transaction well. I felt like they deserved a review, as my experience was very positive.
