Larry was very professional. He greeted me before I even got all the way end the door. Super fast service. He was on top of the needs of my husband. He went out in the rain to greet him. He was pleasant to my girls who were with us and eager to talk and join in on the conversation. He was very respectful and kind. He made our visit great.

Wendell Thurman was very personal and very welcoming.  The service was extremely fast and efficient. He also listened to what I wanted and selection was great. Recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He’s the man !!

Taking my review back. Worst experience ever! I’m only giving one star because the system will not allow me to post without giving at least a star. My salesman was great but I suggest you never get a car from here unless you know before you take the car the deal is final. Just know if it’s not final, you will need to return the car even if you already had it for over a week and signed a contract. They can tell you when you are there that they found someone to finance you, you sign a contract, take the car home, then a week later call you to say “The financing did not go through and we can’t find anyone else to finance you, we will need you to bring back the car”. Just like that and will not work with you. They don’t care about a customers needs and don’t believe in doing anything for the customers in good faith. They leave you out in the cold. 
I called other dealers explaining my situation and no one could believe how a dealership could treat a customer and not even try to make a deal in good faith to honor the contract. Also if you sign a contract there, make sure they give you a copy with your signature. After reviewing all my paperwork, they somehow gave me copies without my signature. I signed three different copies but none of the ones I have, have my signature. The managers could careless about you as the customer. 
After my experience, I read negative reviews about this place, then read the comments from the owner. The owners reply is always “your not even a customer here”. They try to make it look like it’s another dealer on here trying to give them a bad reputation. Even if it was a customer, they reply back with a nasty response but then say they don’t treat customers badly. They put customers personal information on their response. REALLY!!!! You can tell by their response what kind of people you are dealing with. They snapping back at customers online for the public to see. Very unprofessional!!! I believe most of the positive reviews are FALSE! Companies have family members, friends and their own people create positive reviews to try and boost their business. Read some of the other negative reviews. The stories are true and they do run your credit several times. I had about 8 or 9 inquiries myself just from going here. They are going to do the right person wrong one day and find themselves in very hot water. 
Save yourself the hassle, take your business elsewhere, don’t go here. They are shady boots!!!

Wendell Thurman  was a excellent Sales Rep. He's very knowledgeable about cars and kind to.all his customers.  I would recommend  everyone to come see him. He'll put you in a nice car. Great guy!!!
