I visited Ourisman Mitsubishi Saturday February 24, 2017 to inquire about trading my vehicle in and I received great service from Fred Johnson. He made us feel comfortable. I must say that this was one of the best car shopping experience ever. Fred was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. He had great customer service and it showed that he cared about his customers. My husband was ever impressed! I will definitely recommend my family and friends to go see Fred Johnson. He is an excellent car salesman. Thanks a lot for your time and attention to my needs.

My experience at Ourisman Mitsubishi was excellent. My sales person Patricia Lee was efficient, personalable and great to work with. The environment was welcoming, everyone I encountered was pleasant and spoke in a professional manner. Patricia helped me pick the perfect vehicle for my family and I with no hassle. It was an easy and pain free transaction and I walked away feeling happy and relieved that I put my trust in Ourisman Mitsubishi. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone in need of a vehicle or service. Thank you Patricia for the great service 👍

I purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Fred. I am extremely happy with the service Fred provided and the purchase of my new vehicle. Also, the warranty they offer was perfect for what I'm looking for too. If you're looking for a decent vehicle and excellent service then go to Fred at Mitsubishi of Marlow Heights. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Fred!

I was very happy with my experience with Fred at Mitsubishi of Marlow Heights. Fred was proactive in searching for a reliable car for me and was quick to answer questions as they came up. As a first time car buyer, the process was very smooth; Fred makes it easy! I would recommend Fred to all my close friends and family.

Lamar was the absolute best and made my car buying experience nothing but the best as well! He definitely made me a priority and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. Even after driving off the lot Lamar has continuously been my go to for all my needs - oil changes, car wash, and a friendly check-up! I have and will continue to recommend him to anybody in need of a car. 

I can’t thank him enough for helping me drive off with my 2017 Hemi Dodge Charger.

Very professional and intelligent salesman!
