My message to everyone is to do your due diligence before purchasing from this dealer. Now, I will say that the staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the manager/owner/operator named Sam was not honest which was disappointing. My wife and I purchased a luxury SUV from this dealer. After the purchase we took the vehicle to our mechanic to check things out, and to our dismay there were a number of mechanical issues which made our mechanic question the validity of the car passing the Maryland Inspection. There was an issue with the manifold air intake, oil leakage, and the reverse taillights were not working (which is controlled by the SAM module). We returned the vehicle back to the USA, and we spoke with Sam who was the person that sold us the vehicle. He reviewed the items and told us that his mechanic will make the repairs but we would have to wait for the parts. He later told us that the parts will come from California and the items will arrive via ground shipping. So we waited for about 2 weeks and guess what?! Sam no longer worked at that location and there was a new manager who had “no idea” what was promised to us. This was ridiculous to us because all along my wife had been keeping in contact with Sam over the phone, and he kept telling her that the parts were coming. Meanwhile he knew all along that he would be moving on. We soon realized that we were getting the run-around especially when we spoke to the new guy and he told us that Sam did not leave any notes regarding the promised repairs, but they would waive the labor if we purchased the parts on our own. Keep in mind, the new manager was able to get Sam on the phone, he didn’t know we could hear him speaking and laughing with him. So, my wife and I just decided that we did not want to deal with this dealer any further. We could have easily got the authorities involved due to the bogus Maryland inspection passing. When we brought the reverse lights being out to the new manager’s attention, he told us that all the rear lights must have just went out after the car left the dealership initially (talk about an insult to our intelligence). Something tells me that this was not the first time a car from this dealer miraculously passed inspection when it shouldn’t have. ANYWAY, we decided to take our car to the brand’s dealer because we definitely did not want USA’s mechanic tinkering around under the hood without the proper equipment to complete the job. Unfortunately, we had to shell out an additional $3500 for all repairs. But at least NOW I know my vehicle is functioning properly. If possible, before you decide to buy from this dealer take your mechanic or at least have the car checked out. Although most of the employees treated us well, I will NOT buy from this dealer in the future or recommend this dealer to anyone.

The service was excellent, the entire staff played a big part in getting me into my new vehicle. my sales manager Troy was the best. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. If you are in the market for a vehicle please go see Troy at USA Auto Dealers.

AWESOME Service!! Terrell was awesome! I came in, they were patient with me since I didn't know I was buying a car the same day. Wow! They worked with me to get approved and I signed the paperwork. Driving out this spot in a new whip!! Love it! 2008 Ford Escape is beautiful.

I DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT PARTICIPATE IN MENDACIOUS PRACTICES I was skeptical about visiting this dealer due to my horrible experience at monster auto. Against my initial judgement I gave it a chance and in the beginning everything seems great but DO NOT be fooled!! The floor sales men and AJ were very good and I do not want to take away from their efforts to be good employees and as honest as possible with the customers while being committed to their place of employment. The woman in charge of financing and I guess paperwork is not the best at her job and a terrible liar. I was supposed to have my tags transferred, she messed that up and blamed that on someone else and she also failed to pay off my trade in vehicle, after USA auto took possession of the vehicle and resold it. After being harassed about the issue by my financial institution, I called them to get an understanding of how and why they failed to pay for a vehicle that they have already sold, she lied about mailing the check, stating that it had been mailed 2 business days before my call when it was mailed after I called to figure out why it was never sent. What made it worse is that management seconded her lie and claimed that a check was mailed to the institution almost 40 days after the deal was processed, still making no sense at all. While there was one person that made these mistakes, it is management that continues with the lies and are ultimately held responsible for how the business is conducted. I would not recommend this dealer unless you want to overpay for a car because if you want something of good value and honesty I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE!! *Habitual liars, will continue to lie even after being caught and having it be addressed* *Lies always come to light* They had a lie ready for every negative response, always blaming the customer for their mistakes. Just supports how unprofessional they are and now the company is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Karma has no favorites and catches up to companies too

Terrell was great, didn't pressure us at all. Much different from salesmen at other dealerships. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had available and offered Carfax reports and details about the vehicles he showed us. My best car buying experience so far.
