Nice place!! got a good deal on a Honda civic for my daughter as her first car. She's real happy with it  and I was happy with the customer service we received and their willingness to work with us.. would recommend this place because they have a lot of cars to choose from and good sales people

I purchased a 2015 Honda from this location about a month ago. I visited multiple dealerships in the area and didn't have the best experiences, but as soon as I walked into Premier Auto I was greeted by the staff and was immediately assisted. I wasn't passed off between salesman (which has happened before when a customer comes in and salesmen think he or she be purchasing a more expensive car) and in three hours I was able to test drive the car and complete the paperwork. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the car  and didn't feel like the salesman was trying to deceive me in any way. There was a bit of negotiating but that was expected. The car looked exactly like it did on the website too, everything was in great condition! Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealership.

Man this dealership is the truth. My car salesmen Lonnie is the best he went above and beyond to make sure i got what i want at a price range i can handle and the finance team worked just as hard as he did shout out to AJ from finance for putting in the leg work to help this go though. If your looking for someone to fight for you and make sure you walk away with what you want and need. This where you need to go. Talk to Lonnie tell him Danzell sent you.

They kept my drivers license and didn't give it back,, I called to see if they had it and the guy over the phone told me yes. I told him
I'd be sending my dad to pick it up since I was at work,, By the way, I live all the way in beltsville Md. He said that was OK. My dad got there and they told him they couldn't give it to him, after the guy over the phone told me they would if my dad showed his ID. When I called them upset, they switched up and said they did not have it... Meaning I had to get a replacement Drivers License. Not to mention I had to pay for a new one. Worst customer service ever!! I'll never return there EVER! SMH
