The servicemen that assisted me were very friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman, Sean, answered all my questions cheerfully and fully and he also as very friendly. I appreciated the speedy service as well. Once I mentioned the time that I had to leave to get my children from school, I was told the approximate time that my vehicle would be ready and it was actually ready sooner than that! On top of that, the cost was not that bad considering all the parts and labor required to completely fix my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Ourisman to everyone.

The salesmen were very personable. The finance team was exceptional, the very best that I've ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle, especially Carlos, the finance guru! If he can't get your deal done, it can't be done, trust me!!!  They listened to my needs instead trying to put me in a vehicle that I had no interest in, which was fabulous in itself. They care about their customers and are open and honest about what they can do for you instead of providing false hope. They don't send or "shop" your credit around, thereby, lowering your score even more knowing they will not be able to sale you a vehicle. Again, this was "hands down" the best car buying experience I've had and I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!!!!!

Friendly staff. Awesome Finance Managers. Only giving 4 stars bc they don't offer complimentary snacks like a lot of other dealerships. Can't comment on mechanical service yet.

I come in to get my vehicle serviced when needed. Every time I visit the staff always goes out their way to please the customers. In the service department Carol always engaging with customers , everytime I visit she has customers laughing she even came in the lobby and made us laugh. I love it. Then every time staff comes pass the lobby they say good morning to everyone they even bought snacks out for the customers waiting. I love the customer service and engagement piece. Keep driving that friendly customer service! I'll recommend you guys to friends and family anytime.
