My grandparents just bought a table today from mor. Abel was the guy who brought our box to the pickup area. His service was absolutely awesome. He hopped outside to help us try to fit the box in the car because it was looking like it wasn't going to fit which it didn't. Then he slid the box back into the building and cut it open so we could fit all the pieces in separately. He helped us load all the pieces into the car and when he had to go get our copy of the receipt he almost full on sprinted. He had a real nice vibe and he seemed like a really good guy and he was happy to help us with anything we needed

Although there was a recent staff and management change the customer service still remains superior than any other chain furniture store (and I shop around) in the state. Inventory is almost always available for immediate delivery and the sales staff knows their product. What could be overwhelming when deciding on an asset for your home is completely resolved when you sit down to enjoy a complimentary soda, coffee, cookie or popcorn snack and discuss your purchase with one of the sales people. My only concern  (since I've shopped and purchased at the Palm Springs store before this hasn't ever happened before) was that my delivery time was changed and it was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone in their showroom after 6pm. But Frederick is the new manager by 2 days but I'm sure he'll identify and resolve those delivery issues quite quickly.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service we received from Frederick Collins at Mor in Cathedral City. He is patient, professional, personable, down to earth and his approach to sales is top-notch. The kind of guy you'd like to do business with and then go have a beer with after work.
After showing us everything they had that fit our needs, he gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision whilst always being there to answer all of our questions. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, he made it an enjoyable experience and we felt completely comfortable. I would absolutely shop at Mor again mostly thanks to Frederick.
