When reserving my stay I was given the price of $65.99 per night with a total being $150.13, therefore i booked my stay. After arriving and explaining that i now only needed one night I was charged $150.13, the explanation being that the original $150 price was per night. After explaining that the email I had stated that the per night rate I got was $65.99, I was given a rate of $102 with no other offer. Our room was smoking when we reserved NON-smoking and there was NO fire alarm. Found a nicer hotel for cheaper somewhere else. Not impressed!

Dana at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating to our request for an early check in. Room was cleaned and attended to daily. Quiet considering proximity to the Thruway and convenient to many restaurants and our destination, New Era Fiend. Furnishings in the room could use an update. but bed was comfortable. Conveniences such as fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room would be very helpful as well but overall very good experience would likely stay here again

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. What happened to Motel 6's marketing campaign claiming that 100% of its properties have been remodeled? This place was filthy, and run down. My bed was not made ONE TIME during my 4-day stay, and on my final morning in this misery, there was no hot water. A trip to the front desk resulted in the unkempt gentleman working there advising me that the lack of hot water would be an issue for maintenance, and they were not around at that hour. When I mentioned that my bed had not been made, he quickly said, "That's housekeeping." Right. I am aware of the division of labor here. I took pictures of the chair in my room that I shared with all of my friends who were in town to attend the same event I was there for - the best response I got was that the chair had seen more action than anything in any nursing home had ever seen - stained beyond belief. This place is an absolute nightmare. To wrap up my stay, a cracked-out drug addict, wrapped in a blanket, was wandering the parking lot as I departed early on Sunday morning, and quickly approached me and asked me if I'd mind "dropping her off." I didn't ask where, but if she's like me, ANYWHERE else would be better. Even the crack addicts want to get out of this place.

The service at the front desk was pleasant when I arrived. HOWEVER, when I entered the room for the first time I discovered cigarette filters and ash in the bed sheets and all around the edges of the room. The room had obviously not been cleaned from the last visitors because there was a bag with cocaine residue on the ground along with a card for a clean syringes program tucked away in the Bible. All of this was bearable until it was time for bed and the comforter revieled a gigantic blood stain when turned over. Overall the room was repulsive and not worth the money...

To be honest if I could give this place no stars, I would. Booked 2 rooms and both we completely disgusting. Beds not made with stains everywhere. Cigarette butts and ashes all over the place. Dirty and wet towels all over the rooms. And the front counter argued with us about if the room was clean or not. They said the room was absolutely clean and clearly it was a mess. I’ve never seen something quite so bad in a hotel room before. I could lay my head just about anywhere for a night but this was just too much for me.
