Very courteous staff from check-in to check-out. Breakfast is okay. Everyday is scrambled eggs and make your own pancakes with basic juice, coffee, and pastry/bread selections. The French toast sticks were constantly soggy. The cheese omelettes are great as well as the sausage! Hotel was always quiet and inviting to guests to relax. Great location that is close to almost everything.

Driveway entrance is narrow and difficult to make a left turn out of, which is only way you are supposed to turn. Not much nearby in walking distance. Room was okay but in need of a few repairs. For example hooks missing from bathroom to hang towels. The coffee maker was missing the slide out piece to hold the coffee pack. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ample.

This Best Western is the absolute best! I stayed a week before at one in Buffalo and it was awful. The Lackawanna location is perfect from the employees to the rooms. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay somewhere nice and affordable.

We are Best Western Rewards members and are very faithful to the brand wherever we go. We are visiting Buffalo with our kids who are coming in from all over the country and planned on staying here until we made a quick visit to check out the location. Right next to the hotel is a large adult video shop painted black and neon pink. The thought of driving past that shop every time we pulled into the hotel driveway made me sick, so we are staying elsewhere.

The rooms are quite nice. Came here as part of a tour group for Niagara Falls. Abt half an hour from Niagara Falls. Great location, great rooms, really lavish type place and quite affordable (I guess, since the total tour cost for 2 ppl was $192, including stay)
