Very comfortable stay. Breakfast serving area kinda small but dining area was sufficient. Room was very clean, pleasant smelling, plenty of room and quiet. The elevators were kinda noisy and "creaky" which was slightly disconcerting. Overall a five-star stay though.

We were traveling to Canada when my husband passed out and was transported to a Buffalo hospital. The Hampton Inn was one of two hotels recommended. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. There was a special rate if a family member was in the hospital. I ended up staying six days as we are from Ohio.

A nice hotel for the right price.  The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even baking us cookies daily.  The breakfast was terrific.  The only reason not a 5 was because of the view.

The hotel falsely advertises! We booked a room for 5 people as they claim to have availability. They checked all 5 of us in and then acted surprised when we told them there wasn't enough room. The management was terrible and not willing to honour their own policies. They told us they were fully booked so we needed to check out with our party. They were incredibly reluctant to offer a solution and tried to extort money from our group for another room in their "sold out" hotel. Finally after 2 hours of arguing and calling head office they gave up fighting and gave us a second room. We missed out on a dinner reservation dealing with this! Will warn everyone to avoid this chain!

Decent hotel.  Room was clean and breakfast was fine.  Some hot items but not too much fresh stuff to choose from.

Pool was clean and decent as well.
