The front entrance lobby is very brand new, but rooms are still with old finish, rooms are clean......We stayed here for 3nights. Rooms are not so spacias, we took 2 queen bed, Toilets are small, bathtub can fit only a kid. My bathroom door doesn't have any lock from inside.... ....No microwave in the room. But you can use microwave at breakfast area. Heating system is individual but no humidifier. My room was having a window but it hits other side of the wall.....Later i changed my room. Breakfast is fair. Plenty of parking space. Service staffs are very friendly, also at the reception very polite and cordial.

Wanting to get a few miles out of Buffalo, I reluctantly gave this QI a try because of the $69 rate. Pulling in past Hampton Inn and toward Red Roof, I thought, "Oh no, It's going to be rough." But the well-lit parking lot opened to a clean and contemporary lobby. Clean, new bedding and a fresh breakfast sealed the deal for this great surprise in Hamburg. Fantastic value, and very surprising quality.

Making the booking on-line was very easy. Our intent was to stay 2 days and take in the Buffalo Bills NFL football game and enjoy the tailgate party. The experience was amazing and we are going to make this a regular event. The hotel is in a great location, close to many amenities,major highways, restaurants, gas, groceries and New Era Field. Very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast in the morning. Room was small but comfortable for our 1 night stay. Pool was small as well but clean and great for a dip. Staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again.

Stayed in a single bed King room. The building in the lobby have recently been renovated and look very sharp. Hotel amenities include indoor pool, WiFi, and breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean, but there was a gym locker odor in the bathroom. Great ironing board , fridge included, good TV. Overall a very good value for the money.
