This hotel offers what you pay for. The staff ia friendly, but it's outdated and not so good overall.

Never come here, dirty, bad smell rooms, front desk worker was not friendly. If you have chance looking another place to stay.

The place is so-so. There's a reason it's cheap, but it's an ok place to stay for a night or two. Keep in mind that if the Bills are playing at home that weekend they rent out spaces in the parking lot and your front porch becomes magically transported to Bourbon St in New Orleans. You will wake up Sunday morning to people drinking beer and frying bacon right in front of your window. Personally I think it's awesome but some may not dig it.

The gentleman at the front desk extremely nice explain everything fully. The beds are extremely comfortable especially the pillows the room is very very clean and very nice very quiet safe part of town save your money do not go the Niagara Falls or Buffalo for a hotel this is the spot very good pricing
