We’re located in downtown Gatlinburg near all of your favorite attractions, restaurants and shops in the area. We know you’ll love being so close to your favorite things to do. Plus, we have a Gatlinburg trolley stop right outside our main entrance, so you can catch a ride to anywhere you want to go in the area right from the hotel.

Older hotel but has lots of perks! We stayed in a huge room with fireplace, balcony, and two person jacuzzi tub for less than $85 a night. They have an awesome pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was surprisingly heated. We enjoyed the sauna as well. It's a short walk to town. Will definitely stay again.

We always stay here when in Gatlinburg. The folks running this place are always super nice, the rooms over the creek are wonderful. The creek sounds like the ocean and we've seen a bear walk up it in the middle of the night.  It's just far enough from the strip to be away from the sound of traffic. Way reasonable rates and they have some smoking rooms.

The rooms are set in the 80’s. Complete with 3 outlets and 2 lamps... one of which doesn’t work, but that just completes the whole “We may or may not have bed bugs” vibe, so it’s cool. Note that they do not restock your towels, so once you throw those bad boys on that floor (which was probably vacuumed last year sometime), you won’t want to use those again. It’s alright, there is a hand towel with some leftover eyeliner and old makeup you can use.... As if it couldn’t have been any worse, I slept on a cot they gave only to wake up the next morning and realize that I had a pair of Minnie Mouse house shoes (from the guest who had slept in the cot before me) tucked into the bottom of the covers... I could not wait to get home and get a shower. This is a great place to stay if you like taking risks and long walks in the mountains with a guy who smells like cigarettes and old mayonnaise..

Unfortunately our first night staying here we got ate up by bed bugs!!! We got in late Friday night and went straight to bed, in the morning we discovered we were covered in bites and after turning down the bed sheets and inspecting the beds we discovered they were infested. My poor mother was ate up the most with bites all over her neck and chest, both arms and legs and along her back and stomach. 

We called the front office and they did respond right away by moving us to a new room on a different floor and they dried our clothing several times in an attempt to kill any that might have crawled onto our belongings. 

There wasn't an issue with their customer service exactly. They responded promptly but they just weren't really concerned about it, like they were just going through the motions. I was shocked to learn how common it is for them to have issues with bed bugs. The manager told me it was a regular thing with guest bringing them in and that they train the staff to inspect the mattresses but that in our room it was the box spring that was infested so they wouldn't have noticed. Personally, there's no way that room was being properly cleaned and inspected on a regular basis. That level of infestation doesn't pop up over night!

There's definitely a lack of cleanliness in the rooms and hotel overall that was very noticeable and probably a contributing factor to why they're infested with bed bugs. While I'm sure every hotel has their experiences with them just because of all the people traveling in and out, you still have to treat and spray regularly to maintain your business. Otherwise you put all your customers in danger! We will definitely invest in a better hotel next time as it's just not worth the risk!

Shower in room would change from scalding hot to freezing cold or vice versa with no warning.  Sliding door to baloney wouldn't lock.  
We got VERY up close view of black bears in the creek right below balconies as some other visitors would not stop feeding the bears (notified front desk and they did very little to discourage this activity)
Pools were very nice, kids loved that aspect.  Location was w/o thing walking distance to main strip which was very nice.
