I was completely amazed at the cleanliness of the rooms!!! The hotel is being renovated and it looks like the new owners know what their doing!  No charge for late check out and it's right outside of the  Fort Meade main gate! And did I mention it's sporting sparkling clean rooms?  I hope they keep it up, because this is where I'll be staying should I return to the area.

The rooms are really clean and nicer than I expected. There are still some kinks to be worked out, a chip in the side of the bathtub and no microwaves or fridges yet (they're still remodeling most of the rooms), but it's great otherwise. The beds are pretty comfy too.

Clean rooms, staff was nice and helpful. The outside is under renovations. Plenty of fast food and gas stations close.

The older housekeeper was incredibly rude. when I asked for a change of linen and she just tossed it on the bed and left the room. I went after her and asked if she was going to make the bed she glared at me, didn't respond but then came back to my room scowling and half assed made the bed up. The floor and sink were dirty and that was an ordeal to get them both cleaned. I was given a wifi password for a network that wasn't even discoverable. After being barked at again by that same older housekeeper, we decided to check out a day early. Never again.

I had a issue with my room...and they worked with me all the way...They were very professional and caring...They not only gave me a great room...They made sure that my stay was great...EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...thanks again "Mamta"she was AWESOME....
