The location of the motel is fairly close to downtown Windsor and the riverside (around a 10-15 minute drive). The room was tidy but I did notice that some of the linens were stained. Other than that, the service was great. We requested for a ground floor room and were promptly given one. The overall experience was what you would expect for the price and star rating.

From the moment of walking into the main office, everything was clean and organized. The check-in process was prompt, and withing 5 minutes, I was given cards to access my room and information about the local area. The location of the motel is perfect. Less than 5 minutes to the University of Windsor Campus and the Bridge to USA. The Room was clean with ample of towels, blankets and pillows. The hardwood floors were clean. The bathroom has fantastic water pressure along with a strong hot temperature. The room had an updated modern decor and was very spacious. The air conditioning seemed small, but quickly made the room hot or cold (depending on your preference). I got a room close to the main road where all the trucks pass by, the noise isolation was fairly good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and I was told that there is special accommodation for people with disabilities. The room also came with a flat screen TV with a ton of channels. I would recommend this place for any one visiting Windsor, or even Detroit.

Pleasant and professional staff with clean room and accessories. Walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. 
Perfect location near the border if passing through Windsor or staying for few days.

We had a short stay in the motel. It was clean, and the check in was easy. The staff were polite and kind.

The personnel were very professional and courteous, however the room was not very clean, the chairs looked like they had not been dusted in months, I had to pull the furniture out to plug in the fridge and side lamp and guess what was behind that old pills and plenty of dust, it seems to me that they put laminate flooring yeah but in all this should make it easier for the cleaners to keep the room clean but that does not seem to be the case.
