Great location. Check in was very fast and staff super friendly. The room is was very spacious, clean and modern. Loved the amenities, our room has the fridge, burners and dishes great for travelling with the family.. Fitness center open 24 hours which is a bonus. Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and very handy to have. Would highly recommend.

Hello! I am would like to complain of mistreatment of me by a management and staff of the TownePlace Suites Marriot Hotel in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, at 250 Douglass Avenue, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 7C9, Canada, on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at approximately 04:45 PH hours during the checking it. Besides being a GOLD member of Marriott hotels, which entitles me to late checkout. I notified the hotel, on the app, about late checkout. However, the management and the staff were rude and lied to me that I am, as a Gold member, is not allowed for a late checkout and will be charged additional fees for a late check. The continued to intimidate me and to lie to my face that God member is not allowed for late checkout. I felt very offended because they regarded me as naive to believe them despite my multiple stays in different Marriott brands. Also, my app specifically showed that Gold member, namely, me is allowed for late checkout. Shame to the management! Not only they do not have customer service skills, but they lack minimum ethics and morals! Disgraceful people! Animals!

Great location, great hotel!! Perfect for a getaway to hang out in Windsor. Huge, clean room with a comfortable bed. Wish there was a pool or hot tub though..

Nice location near downtown and the aquatics centre. Rooms are updated nicely. Elevators are a bit wonky....external indications do not work.

Was excited to stay here before my flight out of Detroit to Dallas later this month. Unfortunately the hotel thinks a $250.00 security deposit for one night (a night paid in Marriott Reward Points) is acceptable. Also, this hold has to be on Credit Card. They won’t do it debit/interact or cash. Basically expect to give this hotel $250.00 hold on a credit card (higher than the charge of the room nightly). Not standard Marriott policy, very disappointed. Normally security deposit is $20-40 per night max for incidentals. Absolutely ridiculous, I’m sure the hotel is nice but I won’t allow a business to gain interest on my money by holding it. Terrible.
