My wife and I stayed at the Windsor location. There were lots of parking spots available. We were greeted very graciously by the manager who promptly checked us in and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. Everything was in its place ready for us to use. We will definitely be back again!

We were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk that put us in a quiet area with other families. It started getting a little loud and I was beginning to think I wasn’t going to get any sleep that night but the staff shut the party down quickly. In the morning the breakfast was much better than I was expecting, three types of egg, sausages, bacon, fruit, etc. The next swim meet we attend in Windsor we will be staying here.

The hotel is really nice, especially the washrooms. Too bad the rooms did not have microwaves as we were there for a week, the community microwave down on the first floor doesn't cut it. I would have given 4 stars but this place is constantly surrounded by homeless meth heads that that come up to you outside the hotel asking for smokes or change. I even seen one in the lobby asking the front counter for change.

Our stay was pretty good overall. The only thing that Made it a bit uncomfortable was all the loud noise and door slamming at night from all the other people staying. It still was a good stay beds were comfortable and clean, the room was spacious. If I didn't have to wake up early I wouldn't have cared for the noise. Good hotel.

Very courteous staff.. excellent bed and pillows.. best deal for a stay while visiting the Colosseum for a show! Wife n I walked up to the Keg for a dinner then down the street for the show, only 15 mins.
