Very pleasant hotel and experience. The customer service exceeded our standards and really went out of their way to offer assistance and a warm welcoming. The rooms were clean, modern, with a perfect level of comfort added. The breakfast food was tasty and nutritional - enough options to please anyone. The pool was heated and had a cozy appeal. The views were what blew us away! I would gladly stay here again!

I went out on a Saturday night with friends, every thing was, going great until I lost my phone. That is until I talked to the staff and they had found my phone, I was panicking and I even talked to crack addicts exploring downtown Windsor late at night (4 in the morning) looking for my phone, but they were kind and friendly asking me about my phone, making sure that the lost phone was mine, I literally wept tears when they handed me my phone. And it was only because the staff was so attentive that they found it. Thank you to the staff for finding my phone. They went above their call to duty and I won't be spending any other nights in Windsor unless it is here. Once again thank you to the staff, you have made my night better and I know hugs won't cut it but thank you.

Overpriced. I had stayed here frequently when it was the Travellodge, the priced has increased significantly. They have renovated the building, but it is still a very basic hotel. Rooms are clean, but a bit cramped with the new furniture and the shower drain was a problem  Parking is difficult to find. The view is the only reason to stay here!

Great location, downtown. The view of the river and the skyline at night was amazing. Walking distance to the pool and lots of restaurants.

Right across from Detroit and the waterfront park in Windsor- gorgeous view, brand new clean, bright, great staff
