We are three women who worked together 25yrs ago and became best friends, we plan a "Girl's Get-Away" excursion every year to reconnect and just have a relaxed, fun time together, catching up.  For the last four years, we have tried to stay fairly local to where we all live because we only have a weekend and don't want to waste any time travelling to our destination........besides how many people really check out their own local area's attractions!  My son had recommended this hotel from a previous stay of his and I can't say we that we were disappointed in any way.  The location is perfect, it's close to many restaurants, the Casino, the River Boat cruise (which was excellent by the way), and the waterfront parks and boardwalk are absolutely beautiful!  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone......you won't be disappointed....we weren't!!  Go and enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.  The room was clean and nicely presented with a view of the River that was amazing. I forgot how small double beds were now that we have a queen, so would definitely get a queen next time.  The breakfast was one of the best we have been to.  It is close to the casino, but we were there with a softball team in the PWSA tournament so we didn't spend much time in the area of the hotel (maybe next time)  The parking was a bit of a distance from the back door (especially if you have mobility issues) - I didn't think to ask if they had any disabled parking closer. We would recommend this hotel to others.

This BW is superb. From check in to check out and everything in between was met with high quality standards. And the view of the Detroit skyline was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was free. I have never seen so many choices for a free breakfast. Parking was additional but understandable since you had to park in a city garage. And per day charge include going on and out as often as you like. There was a nice river walk across the street to enjoy outside. Restaurants and museums were within walking distance.

The hotel is situated right across the street from the Detroit River and offers a beautiful view of the downtown of Detroit. The hotel rooms are not huge, but adequate. The staff was most accommodating to any request we made, such as extra towels and an extra chair for when we had friends into the room.

Breakfast was more than ample with friendly staff to clear tables and offer assistance.

The hotel is close to many places to eat and is a couple of blocks from the casino.

We would stay here again on future trips to Windsor

The stay was great.  The room was comfortable, the decor was just right, and the breakfast was excellent.  I enjoyed the partial river view, and I thought the staff were very helpful.  The hotel has a pool and fitness equipment.  It is also close (walking distance) to a huge aquatic recreational facility, so it would be a fun place for families to stay. It is conveniently close to the U.S. border.
