Very clean. Staff work so well together which is very apparent. It was everyone's goal to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. If ever in Windsor this should be your 1st Choice.

Outdated place. The bedroom I stayed was horrible. Everything seems to be an after thought. Just to paint you the picture... The piece of furniture that should hold the TV is too small for the TV, so the TV sit in front of the bedroom mirror. Forget to be able to use the mirror. Bedroom seemed dirty. The bed had only 2 pillows and one more in the closet. The sheet covering the mattress was actually the type that you cover yourself. Not staying here ever again. P.S. Do not commit the same mistake I made. Believe on the reviews about the breakfast. It is not worthy to even getting up for. Just a couple of cereals and bread. P.S.#2: Do not believe when they say they have internet. Download speed lower than 3Mbps. If I was actually counting on their Internet for anything even work related, I would be in big trouble. With that speed, even your average kids tablet's games are no help for you. P.S.#3: The light curtain to the outside window, as well, as the shower have mold on it. Not kidding. Mold. Now I can understand in a house, where the shower is been used everyday. In a hotel?!? P.S.#4: Snail in the bathtub and potato bug on the bedroom carpet. Now keep in mind snails can carry diseases. Enough said. Final result: The only good thing about this place is location and staff. From the bottom of my heart. I wanted to give more stars, bc as other customers have said, the staff is nice, but the hotel needs a major upgrade and clean up this huge mess. I think not even a renovation TV show can save it.

The room was horrible. It smelled so musty as soon as we opened the door to our room. They did not have proper sheets for the the bed. There were 2 very flat very used pillows on the bed, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. It seemed dirty and not very well cleaned ( as in the morning we saw a 5 year old boy and teenage girl going to clean the rooms). There was very limited seating in the breakfast area, so my grandparents,who were with me, stood behind me waiting for me to finish eating my breakfast while I was SHARING a chair with my fiance because there were not enough chairs. The breakfast area was also disgusting, the staff were not doing any sort of cleaning to at least make it presentable. It was overall a horrible stay.

We upgraded one room from single room to two bed and the upgrade was additional $100....way to much money for a simple room

Older but clean. Very reasonable. Staff are very pleasant. Would stay again.
