It was really cool to see. I was waiting 11 years to see it. It was quite impressive. Although some of the tourists had an issue with me having a service dog. They were kind of rude to me about it. I ignored them. The staff there didn't mind me having him though. The drive to the monument is gorgeous! Totally worth it.

I thought it would have been bigger. Still great place and glad we did it. We went in October off season, town shuts down very odd and population of 327. Quick 2hrs and done. We drove from Denver 6hrs. Fun little drive. Wife loved Wyoming!!!

This is our second visit here, we had to bring our youngest one to share. All I can say is AWESOME!!! Check out the museum also. Getting here we got to see some of the wildlife, Bison and deers. I'm not sure if anyone else can see it, but is that the devils face on the right side of Washington?

mount Rushmore was awesome! people around me were in awe when I got there at the magnificent view. I have been waiting for 49 years! literally! when I got there I was like a dream come true! for the last 49 years I waited, and now it came true!

Amazing, especially up close. Staff is friendly, and gives very helpful tours and information. Also, there are a nice group of cabins a few miles down the road, and gas stations and stores nearby. This was a great vacation, especially the activities they offer at Rushmore
