How can I give a 5 star rating without even staying here yet?......easy, let me explain. I made reservations in July for a nice surprise anniversary (my wife is a water rat and the view on the website looks awesome!!). Angela took my reservation and after asking the details of our trip suggested we stay in the Honeymoon Suite. She was delightful to deal with and very professional. Three weeks prior to our arrival my wife and I were involved in a boating accident and Shana was very accommodating and changed our arrival for a month later. A few days after the accident, we discovered that my wife's back was actually broken. I called in this time Connie answered the phone and after explaining that we didn't want to cancel our trip but was there a way to get a voucher based on what we already paid to come at a later date. She was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about my wife condition. She said "As soon as we hang up, I will fix a gift certificate and it will go out in the mail today. Please tell your wife to get well and we look forward to having you folks stay with us at a later date". I rarely do reviews, but I have read several about this Inn and the comments about the wonderful staff and can truly attest to their professionalism. 2 days later, I did receive the gift certificate AND a nice personal note addressed to my wife giving their condolences and a prayer for her speedy recovery. It's the "little things" like this that gets repeat customers and we are definitely looking forward to our belated anniversary trip and to personally thank these sweet folks at Mountain Harbor Inn. Clean unusual rooms. Friendly staff, Great staff. Included boat ride and dessert feast that was fantastic! Your wife will love this place!

Wonderful place for short getaway or extended vacation. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. Plan to visit again soon.

Wow... what a find. This place was fantastic. The staff was professional and very nice. Pam made our reservation and was very helpful when we asked for recommendations to dine out. Everything was top notch. We met the owner, Bill and his wife, he is a super nice man. This place is absolutely amazing. Great room and fantastic lake and mountain views. . I'd give it 11 stars! We definitely will return. PS And the place cards were a great personal touch.
