We stay here quite frequently and we love it. We used to stay next door until we needed to save cash and decided to try this place. Now we don't stay anywhere else. It's small and might not look like much but they are VERY clean, always nice and have great prices. They aren't fancy, they're old school but we have never had any issues. It's quiet too, mostly older folks here. The location is awesome. We can walk to the island, the moon pie store or wherever. I recommend every one try this place.

We stay here all the time. Its very quiet here. Staff are always nice. Rooms are very clean. Its an old school motel but its why the prices are so cheap. We don't spend much time in the room so it doesn't matter to us. Within walking distance to everything, including The Island. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Be CAREFUL with price they quote you versus amount at check in!! They gave us a quote on the phone with knowledge of number of people in each room. Upon check in they wanted to add fees for each additional person above 2 for each room we reserved. They unhappily fixed it. 

Once we checked in the rest of the stay was good. Clean rooms ....some rooms just had refrigerator while others had the combo refrigerator / freezer. If you want a bath vs shower you may need a plug or use the wash cloth as the drain stoppers did not work in the rooms we had  Nothing to call desk about but something you may want to be prepared for. Also be careful with the water as it gets hot!! 

Enjoy your stay in Pigeon Forge and by the way  Mini Bowling @ Crave is fun!!

My Fiance, Both of our Daughters 1 and 2, and myself stayed here on an unexpected visit. Traveling to look at some snow. We loved it. Rooms may be a little dated, But Tara at the office was very kind to us, it was very quiet. And what i loved most with two young children, our room was very clean. If we decide to visit the area again, ill make sure to stay again. Absolutely wonderful.

Another great stay! Great rates, and great staff! We won't stay any other place when we come to Pigeon Forge. The rooms are always clean. We are planning another trip in May! Can't wait to come back.
