Story

We are a Christmas-themed hotel, offering 145-rooms and suites in an oasis of beauty located right on the parkway in Pigeon Forge. From the moment you are greeted by our uniformed bell men, as you experience a restful night on our exclusive Sleep in Heavenly Peace (c) bedding, and as you start the day with a made-to-order omelette at our complimentary hot breakfast, you'll be enjoying the greatest luxury and best hospitality to be found in the Smoky Mountains.

Each room is filled with touches of Christmas, including at least a 3' tree in most rooms. Our suites have the largest trees and most lavish decorations, but you'll enjoy the peace of Christmas in every guest room. Our suites are decorated in popular themes, including Charles Dickens, Nutcracker, Smoky Mountains, and Musical, to name a few.

The interior corridors of the hotel are highlighted by winter paintings from all of the area's most well-loved artists, and nooks and lobbies are fully decorated for Christmas year round. Take in one of the hourly carol concerts from our 2-story, hand-forged glockenspiel in the first floor lobby.

We have a large indoor pool and family-sized whirlpool, and a large outdoor pool with a figure-8 water slide that the kids love. You'll also find a business center and fitness facilities for your use. Santa himself is here in season to greet guests at breakfast. He gives two weekly musical performances for guests from late spring until Christmas day.

Every July and December, we celebrate with daily events just for our guests, such as guest story tellers and musical performers, a Christmas costume parade for the kids, crafts for kids and adults, decor classes, and toasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit.
