INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Don't stay here. They want give your money back even if you tell them that the room is infested with bed bugs. She said head house keeper checked the room and was bug free. I didn't stay the second night because my kids woke up with bite all over them. Night Clark is very rude! The room smells horrible. Also Wifi is terrible! Only stay here if your paying to have bed bug bites all over your body. I even showed the night Clerk the bites all over my child. Didn't get a sorry that this has happen or anything. Worst customer service ever! I will never stay here again. I also did research and they are on the bed bug register list. The health department really needs to come in this place and shut the doors. It's horrible!

Have stay here several times over the past 5 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Have and would recommend. 

Also very close to shoney's.

Nice location and friendly staff. Was clean. Had a great view from back balcony. Just needs an update.

We really enjoyed our stay this time in Tennessee.  We have stayed here before but it had been a while ago. Loved the view out the balcony. Beautiful mallard ducks.

Been going to this hotel for years. The rooms are satisfactory but the view off the back deck is amazing. There are mallard ducks that walk up to you and there is a beautiful flowing river behind the hotel making the stay pretty awesome. The beds could be a little softer but its a hotel for christ sake what do you expect.
