The cabin was gorgeous!  We came up from Florida for the week between Christmas and New Years.  The cabins were all decorated for Christmas we had our very own little tree and it was absolutely adorable. The bed was so comfortable and the fireplace was  a bonus.  We went all over Pigeon Forge we saw two shows and enjoyed hiking the trails (you have to be brave for some of them, they can be a bit scary.  We saw two black bear one off the trail and one while driving home up the mountain where we were finally able to see snow flurries.  It made the week even more perfect!  I recommended this location and American Patriots to a couple of friends.  Thank you!

We just used APG for the first time for a pet-friendly home near PF the week before Christmas. The website is extremely user friendly to search for just the amenities & setting we wanted. Then, when called for more details, the booking staff was so helpful in helping us acquire the location we were looking for that included easy access. The house was spotless & well-stocked - quite unlike the ones we had rented through a different agency the previous two years. And perhaps best of all, the 50% off deal allowed us to stay more nights than we ever had before. We highly recommend using this company to find the perfect vacation home, & plan to do so again this year ourselves.

I am not someone to write reviews however as a consumer it is important to let you know what occurred to my future husband and myself. So on 12-19-2017 with my wedding date scheduled for 12-30-2017 and our family planned to come from out of town.  They decided to send me a text message that I needed to call them immediately.  It seems they had double booked.  Then I ask what did do you have available to assist me in this matter and of course Meghan abruptly replied they only planned to refund my money.  The chamber of commerce in Pigeon Forge provided me a listed of cabin companies but at this point everyone is booked up.  So now our family can not join us for the wedding!!!!!!  This company double books all the time from speaking to multiple sources and I am filing a complaint against them.  The sad part is they devastated what should have have been a very special day.  Please use the correct company and have a positive outcome!!!
As I began to research this company has over 200 bad reviews on Yelp.  They are noted in the comments below.

Whisk-a-way Cabin
 1-26-18 thru 1-28-18 
Beautiful cabin would've rated a 5 had our hot tub not had a leak which made it unusable and the bed upstairs is the worst we've ever slept in! No kidding! Would've been nice and relaxing had the mattress not been terrible! Bed needs fixed/mattress needs replaced ASAP! Worst sleep ever and woke up with aches and pains all over! Wouldn't go back if the mattress wasn't replaced and would've liked to enjoyed the hot tub.

Beautiful pet-friendly Cabin with mountain views! It was perfect for our first Great Smoky Mountain vacation! The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived, but beds could be more comfortable. We were satisfied with everything else.
