Reminds me of high school practicing on a team
Sport. Everyone is pushing each other, motivating each other, high fives flying everywhere and music bumping. Then you got our amazing trainers, Matt Paz and Ryan Munoz pushing us to get better and stronger with an occasional bark If we slip up! Really love the genuine people in the group... and the amazing community has been nothing but welcoming! Great for all level of fitness!

Great Gym in West Garden Grove. Every workout is different and uniques. It is a great group of trainers and people that go to the gym. It doesn't matter if you are new to working out or have worked out for a long time the trainers will work with you on your level and adjust things as needed. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in better shape or just get a good workout in.

I love going to West Grove Fitness, even if Matt the owner has a crush on me, I still go and give it my all. Every day there's a new challenge, it never gets boring or easy, so get ready to work, however if you go consistently you will see great results physically and mentally. Far better than any standard gym, it's like having a personal trainer every day.

I have been working out at West Grove Fitness since they opened.  In fact I drive past several other gyms to get there.  The owner, Matt, leads most of the classes himself and is very motivational. He gets you to push yourself even on days you don't want to.

The work outs I do are class based with an emphasis on HIT training.  Matt creates a team atmosphere where the participants support and encourage each other. We push each other and ourselves.

The gyms motto sums it up, "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." (Fred DeVitto). Matt challenges us everyday and I am willing to pay for the privilege.

Amazing gym! Every workout is different but challenging and the trainers know how and when to push you. The workouts are fun and effective with awesome people to help push you through on those days when you just aren't feeling it. If you think "fun" and "working out" don't belong in the same sentence then you haven't tried West Grove Fitness!
