Do you like a gamble? Do you like paying money in hopes that you get someone who has pride in their work? If so, this place is for you. I've been 3 times. Usually, for $30 you get a ok job of interior cleaning with little touch up work. But sometimes you get a horrible job. I just had to spend 30 minutes of my time finishing something they barely tried. The interior of my car looked almost exactly the same as before I showed up. Avoid. They do not take pride in their work and just go through the motions.

Decent job with wash and wax. However, they locked my keys in my car. I had to wait around for them to Jimmy in and unlock it. To top it off, I heard two techs complain that I didn't tip them as I was getting into my car. Sorry fellas, maybe don't lock my keys in my car next time.

Paid 28 for outside and inside cleaning. The inside was not cleaned at all. Not at all. Looked like they vacuumed barely. Everything else was literally not touched, and I'm not exaggerating. It looked exactly the same. Do not recommend. So dissapointed. Never coming back here.

First time going there. Husband paid 28 to get the outside and inside cleaned. Outside looked great, inside they barely touched. Husband has to clean the inside himself. Waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars, that is what they would get. I have lived in Canton since 2005 and have taken my cars to this car wash the last 13 years. Never again! I just came home after taking my truck to this place. The service has gone down hill and it's obvious they don't care about customers like the did in the past. I have almost never complained about a car wash. Today, there was no general manager inside the main seating area. When I asked who the manager was today, I was told David in the oil change sedition was the manager. The problem I saw was over a period of waiting for 30 minutes. Numerous cars in every single line were waiting to be dried. Never mind the fact that I also saw the person responsible for inspecting the cars and ordering the people drying them in numerous group huddled while cars were drying with water spots. My truck is black! Anyone who knows about washing cars, water spots are the hardest to get out of black paint when they wet in. I work my ass off to wash and wax my own truck. I didn't have time to wash it this weekend. My truck, along with numerous other cars sat drying in the air while the workers continued their bull sessions. Other customers had similar complaints as well as one customer who was competing a form because his Acura was damaged. I spoke to David in the oils change bay and punted our the fact they had too many huddles and not enough working going on. He shrugged his shoulders and said he had no control over what was going on in the wash and dry area. So, I guess he is a manager in name only with no authority. I walked back to the outside waiting area and listened to other customers complaining how long the dry process was taking. Everyone was upset at this point. When the called to say my truck was ready, I did a walk around. I already saw that no one dried the top. I guess water spots and dirt are not important on the top of a truck because they don't look there. My rear window was 75% dirty and never wiped down. The tailgate had water spots all over it. The radio fin on the top of the truck had dirt in front and behind it. The sport hood had dirt around the air intakes. There was also dirt on the side steps. Total lack of service. When I told them I wanted my truck run trough the wash again and dried before the water self dried I was given pushback. One of the dry area managers, who had the pow wows with the employees, said it was clean to his manager who tried to tell me the same. I waited for them to discuss what to do and finally said to hell with it. I didn't want them touching my truck again at this point. I will attach pictures with a hope you can see the poor workmanship. There is a new car wash across the street which I will be trying next time. I may have to dry my own car, but at least it will be cleaned right. I see Mr Clean going out of business in Canton now. They tried purchasing another location a few years ago at Hickory Flat and it closed. I am guessing their days are numbered in Canton. I will do my best to make sure everyone knows how awful their service has become at this location. Not the same run business it was when I lived here 13 years ago. They don't care about customers and their employees have low work Ethics. I would attach pictures but this site does not allow it.
