They were able to get us scheduled the same day I called. The technician was early, very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue (clogged pipe in the basement) in about an hour. Was very happy with the entire process.

Really happy with the service I was provided! I've had to get a lot of plumbing work done lately and they've always provided excellent service. The technicians were highly skilled and the jobs were reasonably priced. There's literally no reason to ever look anywhere else! Do yourself a favor next time you need plumbing work (and more soon when they expand): Call Mr. Rooter first. I'd tell you don't bother calling anyone else, but don't take my word for it: Go ahead and check out the competition. They don't stack up anywhere near as awesome as these guys!

I like getting phone calls with updates on the status of my repairs. Additionally, I appreciated how thoroughly my Mr. Rooter plumber (Travis) explained the problem in my pipes, showed me the broken place on the camera screen, and laid out the details of his recommended fix. Instead of feeling confused or uncertain, I understood exactly WHY I needed repairs and WHAT those repairs entailed.

Total waste of time! We scheduled a 2 hour timeframe and nobody showed up. We rescheduled for the following day and they showed up an hour after the scheduled 2 hour timeframe only to give us an estimate that was almost 4 times more expensive than other companies. Don’t bother with these guys.
