Super personable. From the moment I called to ask if I would be able to bring my car in I felt happy with the customer service I was receiving. They were able to help me when I drove over a nail. Assessed the tire and patched it super fast. They were up front about price and possible issues they might find when inspecting the tire. Tire had no issues and I was out in time to get to my kids’ holiday party! I will definitely be back if I have any tire needs in the future.

Just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and say, that I visited this location recently  on my way to a family event, and must say that the staff here was exceptionally courteous. We had an issue with our tires and the managers Isaac and Sean really accommodated us (without an appointment), and took their time to educate us on our issue. (Well knowledgeable).We really expected the wait time to be lengthy due to the the other customers present, but in a matter of 45 mins we were taken care of. I have been to another Mr. Tire location in New Jersey and the service sucked tremendously.
P.S.... In addition, this place was clean, I mean, the waiting room was CLEAN, even the restroom. We all know that we have been to auto shops that are down right filthy.
Thank you all for a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work guys.

BEWARE!!  I dropped a tire and wheel off to have the tire, which had a puncture, replaced.  I get a call later to tell me that the tire pressure sensor "somehow" got broken, "it was shredded into like seven pieces", and that parts and labor are an additional $150.   

No explanation was offered for how such catastrophic damage could have been done to the sensor.  The tire was not driven a single mile in a low-pressure status and is a runflat anyways.   Have a look for yourself, can you imagine a scenario in which a sensor could literally be smashed to pieces?  I certainly can. It seems rather plausible to me that the sensor was destroyed by the tech when breaking the bead and removing the tire.  Only the tire machine or a blow by a hammer would have sufficient force to destroy the sensor such as it is.

You are free to form your own opinions on the background of my ordeal.  You might be able to imagine other legitimate explanations for the damage. If you are interested in my opinion, this is at best an incompetent shop, unwilling to stand behind its mistakes or a wholly dishonest one, inclined to cause damage if it means an extra fee.

PS.  The price of they quoted me on the tire/mounting and replacing the sensor were 11% and 30% more than I'm paying now at another shop, respectively.

This location is the best one I've been to so far. Isaac was very kind and provided great customer service. They are always able to work with me price wise and very fast at their work.

They walked me through the areas of my car that needed attention, literally.  Given that I was a "walk-in" with a significant amount of work to be done, they took care of me in a very reasonable amount of time.  I need to follow-up with them on one issue, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
