This place is awesome. Shawn took great care of me. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off. He gave me a new confidence in my car. This place won my business. I will break my experience down and rate accordingly because, though the overall experience was good, there was a part of the experience that was not good. 

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Front Desk Customer Service (Paul) - Nice demeanor for early morning service.  Answered customer questions thoroughly and professionally.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Workmanship and Service - Oil change was timely and completed in less than an hour.  The technician who worked on my car identified issues that even another Precision Tune Auto Care did not identify.

🌟Management (Shawn) - First impression (and lasting impression) is that this is a very rude and nasty individual.  Perhaps this person is different as the day goes on or was having a bad morning. Regardless of the circumstances, service from an establishment should not come at the cost of a customer receiving snide remarks from the manager and being treated rudely.

They were fast with my power steering leak.  The whole thing came loose so they fixed that.  But I feel like there is another leak somewhere, that they didn't see.  I will take it back there.  I liked them,  the friendly customer service and they were not over priced.

Had a fantastic experience with Precision Tune Auto! Felt like we were in good hands with Shawn, who took great care of us. We'll definitely be going back!

I had a great experience with Sean at this location. I was due to leave town when my car started acting up and was unsafe to take on my trip. I left it with Sean who called and explained the problem and the fix, and it was very reasonable. I had to leave it with him for a couple days because of the way my schedule worked out, and he was very cool about it. He seems a little brusque at first but he was so helpful. I really appreciated their work!
