After multiple attempts to allow them to fix the problems, it is time for a review. I bought a car from these guys and while I love the car, I didn't love my experience with the sales team.

Joe was my salesman and he was super nice but he wasn't honest. I needed a new car because mine was totaled and so I was in a rental. After deciding to buy the new car from Joe, he told me I could leave the rental there because they had arrangements with Enterprise. I asked him if I needed to fill up the tank because it was lower than when I had gotten the car. Joe assured me that wasn't necessary because when returning to a dealership things are different. He also promised a gift card for gas because the car I bought was almost empty and it was too late in the evening to fill up.  

A few days later I got a bill from Enterprise for not having enough gas in the tank... I sent it to Joe and he said there was nothing he or his managers could do and he was sorry for the "misunderstanding." I also let him know multiple times over several weeks that I had not received the gas card I was promised. It is now 4 months after purchasing the car and I still have not seen this gas card. 

It took a lot of negotiating to get a fair price on the car, I don't feel like I got a "great" deal and this nonsense with the gas is enough to tip me into the "will not return" category for this place.

Rey and Todd were responsive and friendly;  they knew the cars inside-out and were transparent with pricing. Even though I ended up purchasing a different vehicle due to factors outside of their control, my experience shopping with them was pleasant and they made sure to follow up again afterwards.

Genuinely good staff and techs. Phil is a top rated Mazda engineer and is their best resource there. The dealership isn't glamorous but does the job well.

Excellent service. Make sure to see Fadi for sales. He's the best. Will take care of you before and after the sale. Mr Amin is great too.

I bought Acura from Gaithersburg Mazda 
I had bought through Frnendo and Ameen 
Both are very decent and great guys
