Took my daughters car to Mr. Tire because it was making a crazy sound in the front in and we couldn't seem to figure out what the problem was. My daughters car has been serviced by Mr. Tire in the past so they are familiar with the issues we have had. They diagnosed the problem (broken sway bar) and suggested some other repairs to make the car safer for my daughter to drive. Everything they suggested I knew the car needed so I never felt like they were trying to up sell anything. They made other suggestions that could be taken care of in the near future. George was so helpful and informative. Since Scott has taken over managing that location, I must say everything about the place has improved. I would recommend taking your car to them for anything service.

Their excellent customer service was a HUGE life-saver for me. On a Saturday evening after 5pm, the front driver's tire, on my 2005 car, blew while traveling through the area. After hurriedly putting on my aging spare tire (which I did not have confidence of it getting me to my destination 150-180 miles away), I used Google map to find an open tire shop along the interstate I was on at that time. This Mr. Tire in Gambrills, MD was the closest that stayed open the longest, but for only 90 more minutes. So I immediately drove straight over there to inquire if it was possible to get my tire replaced before they closed, because I still had several hours to drive that night before reaching my destination. Thankfully, the gentleman at the counter was considerate & obliging, & he agreed to replace my tire even though they would be closing in 75 minutes. Their excellent customer service was a HUGE life-saver. I recommend that locals in this area check them out, for sure.

Mr. Tire provided excellent service to me and my family! My car caught a flat on the way to a funeral. AAA couldn’t replace the tire, but Mr. Tire could! Not only did they have the tires I needed in stock, but they went above and beyond to get me back on the road even though they were close to closing for the day!!! I can never repay the customer service attendant on duty Mike, Store Manager Scott Myers, and entire service crew at Mr. Tire in Gambrills MD for how they came to my rescue at a time of loss!

They're extremely attentive to the specific needs of your vehicle and take the time to carefully inspect and diagnose the issue at hand. In addition to the fact that they are very affordable, the quality of care is priceless. I have been taking my vehicle here for several years and have always left with a solution to my problem, whether its the advice they have to offer or the work they put into my vehicle. Even with German engineering, I would trust them to properly take care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tires in Gambrills to any friend.

My husband made an appointment for my car months ago when we showed up we waited for 45 mins before they took the car into the shop then 15-20 later they told us they would be unable to put the tires on the car because the machine was broken. Ridiculous. But.... we let it go. Made an appointment for today at 6 it is now 6:50 and I just talked to my husband and they took the car into the shop at 6:30. Ridiculous. Won’t go back. Also will definitely let our friends and family know not to waste there time, next time we will take our business elsewhere. End of story (edit) It is now 7:32 and the car is done. Hour and a half to put on two new tires...
