Came in for a cold brew and had a lovely welcome from the staff. Great coffee and a great lil cafe. Definitely come visit

We used to love this place. Sadly went down hill. Last time we stopped in, we arrived at the same time the store bought muffins did. No reason to be bringing baked goods in from a grocery store when there are so many amazing local bakeries in town. The house coffee seemed to be day old they had just opened and it was bitter and the caramel machiato was way too sweet.  So sad to see such a cute place lower their standards this way. Hopefully they are just in a slump and will go back to the quality they started with.

First and last time I’ll ever darken the doorstep of this coffee shop.   The elderly African American woman  didn’t get her name that served us was ultra rude and short with us. She was out of everything and we arrived at 10:15 am.  My coffee was so bad i couldn’t drink it leading me to believe she didn’t know what she was doing.   I even took the time to try and counter her rudeness by attempting to be so nice she would counter being pleasant in return.  No luck.  Never again.

First time here...30+ years of drinking coffee and can honestly say it's the best I've ever had.  Nice little neighborhood spot.  Skip on the $+@r$$$$ and give Muddy Cup a try.

We hit the Muddy Cup 2 on Potomac by chance and were very happy with our experience!  The staff was friendly, helpful and made our latte's perfectly!  If you are in the area and looking for a nice place to sit and have some fantastic coffee and a tasty snack...The Muddy Cup is your place!  We will be back!

Cute spot, but the coffee was just okay. They have a ton of flavor options, but I'd rather the focus was more on high quality options, rather than variety. They also messed up my order, but I understand that the barista had a lot to take care of!

I love this coffee shop.  I have since I've lived in Bellevue, however, my experience with one of the baristas has me considering never coming here again. From time and time again, I have heard both stories and experienced it firsthand where the barista, Charlotte is not the best with customers. Ive heard talk about her demeaning people with disabilities. She has been downright rude to my family when they've been in. And it couldn't be more obvious that she doesn't know what she's doing. When asked what goes into a drink she's outright told customers that she does not know. In my past experiences this cafe has NEVER done me wrong by a drink but whenever it's Charlotte making my drink, i can guarantee that it doesn't get made the way I've been drinking it since I was 14. I've told other employees about her and nothing seems to get done. I love this coffee shop and want to see nothing more than it thriving, but I cannot condone someone like that within a community I call home

This is an adorable shop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the shop was warm and inviting. I had a Chai tea, which was perfect, and the blueberry Danish was to die for. I will absolutely be making a special trip to Muddy Cup every time I'm in Dormont. A little piece of Cafe heaven.
