I LOVE the atmosphere of this place! I think Pittsburgh is lacking restaurants with a nice design style like that. In our time restaurant is not only a place to eat, but also an aesthetic place where people can enjoy spending time. The menu didn’t have a big variety of choices, but the dish I believe it was Chef’s cut beef I end up having was really good.
Had such a great brunch experience today! First, the atmosphere and vibe are so swank and cozy that you’ll never want to leave. Our server did not get her name, dark haired older woman was so knowledgeable and welcoming, made us feel at home. Also told us a bit of interesting history about the building. Pictured: oatmeal brûlée and fruit plate Not pictured: yogurt, granola, fruit bowl and crab cake Benedict Absolutely will be back!
This place gets 3 stars out of 5 because: 1 It’s brand new and we need to see improvement, always 2 We got TO GO because we couldn’t be served on the second floor of the hotel. This spot is very “boutique” in service. 3 The lounge was comfortable and quiet, we enjoyed the lower lighting and lower seating. I’ll be back with friends soon, and look forward to editing this review over the months to share updates about how #LGBTQIA friendly the location stands and if service picks up as they become more established downtown here in Pittbsurgh. The Lobster Gnocchi is photographed in the TO GO container and was delicious, but mild and room temperature by the time it made its way to us. Happy Eating, Picky Eaters!!
Went with my husband for the four course valentine's dinner. Each course was absolutely amazing, we were stunned at the quality. The chef came to our table to ensure everything was to our liking, he was very kind and professional and we could tell he took great pride in the food. Also the cocktails were delicious. We will be back!Food: 5/5
Had a wonderful time at the rebel room. Atmosphere is great, staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were wonderful and beautifully presented. Love the location! Marc and Carlos truly made it a wonderful experience
Fantastic experience - from the service to the food. Everything we ate was delicious and the bar staff were super friendly. Very neat decor. A few side and salad options for vegetarians, but otherwise limited veggie options. Check this place out!
Great service. Great food and drinks. Loved it so much that during college move in weekend, we ate there twice.
This place was weird and way too quiet--no music or background noise at all. The windows needed cleaned. The different dishes I got were an interesting juxtaposition of too salty and tasting like nothing. The one thing that everything had in common was that it was all overpriced and underwhelming.
A fun little bar at the Industrialist Hotel. The bartenders are friendly and the vibe is cool. Love it.
Looks like a nice place, wish I was able to try something. I walked in today, waited 15 min at the bar, no staff members. There were 5 others at 2 eating lunch though so someone had to have been there earlier. Disappointed. The only staff memeber I saw was the Valet, he was friendly.
