You never see the same person twice. No one knew how to use the app, so I  had to pay full price. Coffee tastes different every time I go to this location.

It’s hit or miss with this place. Today I got the sweet black pepper bacon, and not a single part of the sandwich was warm. The cheese was not even melted. Like any other fast food, it can be modified, and I get American instead of cheddar. Sometimes they put the wrong cheese on it.

They SERIOUSLY need to retrain all of their employees or something. Everytime I get a drink with light ice now this girl purposely leave the whole top unfilled and still gives that same amount of ice. Half the time their coffee tastes bitter and everytime I get avocado toast from here they don’t toast the bread enough. If you get bagel minis, they’re probably gonna be cold. Everyone moves like insanely slow I feel like I’m watching a scene in a show where they’re in slo mo. One time I was in a rush and I got in there no one was there and I ordered a drink and avocado toast. Simple right? No. They made my drink in like 3 min then made everyone else’s order BEHIND me and then made my avocado toast. I was visibly in a rush. And before handing me my avocado toast this guy says are you okay and I just say yeah and they I pick my food up to leave because mind you, I’m in a rush, and he said you sure? Like can I please just take my untoasted avocado toast that took you literally 15 minutes to make pls?

To say that I was disappointed with this order is an understatement. I ordered my food via Uber Eats because I am in quarantine. Half of my order was missing, including hash browns, a donut, and a large iced coffee. The bagel that I did get was burnt, and the iced latte was made with sugar instead of Splenda like I asked. Sorry, Dunkin'. I'm a Starbucks girl for a reason.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible. They all need retrained and restaffed the management is obviously so terrible. The resturant is dirty and the employees have no sense of urgency. They all talk bad about the customers when we can clearly hear them. Toxic environment. I waited 30 minutes for one order. Can't believe the management see what's going on as acceptable.

I went at 6am for a dozen doughnuts. They were all stale. I don't know if they were frozen or just from the last day. I sent a comment to DD website and the manager called me and said the cook must have let them in the oven too long. She sent me a coupon a month ago. I got a dozen with it at 6am this morning and stale again. This store is going to ruin the brand.

I ordered the scramble and egg white bowls for $5 each. When I got them, I thought the cups looked really small. When I opened them, they were only half way full. What a waste of $10.

My son and I rushed to get there we were walking. We rushed for apparently no good reason because we got there at 7:47 and all the lights were out and doors locked. I wasn't the only one either. Right after that car pulled out and tried the door. You're not going to be open that those hours then update your hours. It's not right when someone comes all the way there just to find out that you are closed.

Everytime I get a drink here there’s less and less liquid in the cup like they’re making a medium in a large cup which when you get espresso drinks changes the whole flavor that’s why sometimes your drink isn’t as sweet as it should be or for some reason the entire simple syrup has been added to your one drink. Almost like they don’t have a chart on how to make them. Also if you ever think about Uber eats from this place don’t they used bread for two sandwiches instead of bagels burnt two orders of tator tots that were still somehow soggy and I’m missing about a small drinks worth from the two large drinks I ordered. Also they originally told my Uber eats driver I didn’t have drinks with my meal so my Uber eats driver actually was nice and went back for the drinks. I called to let them know he was coming before I opened my food and not once did they mention or try to contact me through the app before sending the wrong food they used bread for the bagels which to me the bread is literally horrendous and I can’t eat it.

The one guy that works there is very sweet he's definitely my favorite
