If you say you will not help load do not touch an item. Do not start helping then blame me when you place an item on its side on rough stone because you are in to much of a hurry to place it on its feet. The parts were 30 lbs each I did not need a crew, you just started helping when I was taking a part out. If you damage something it is your fault. Don't quote a policy you violated as your out.

This may be a great place to shop...but if you are considering consigning your items here, you might as well donate it and get a tax receipt. Dozens of people have told me that their  items (that must be dry cleaned or ironed)  are lost, stolen or sold for yard sale prices. They "DONATED" a St. John suit that my sister consigned & "LOST" 2 pair of my 7 for all Mankind Jeans...sold my husband's $200 Tommy Bahama shirts for $10 each...I got $ 4!  It cost me that to bring them in dry cleaned!
