Bedbugs beware nuf said "cabin fever" disgusting fake eyelashes and dirt everywhere grime in jacuzzi tub bedbug colony in the bed horrible. I woke up with em on me.... Was told it had been treated before :/

I have dealt with them three times over the years to stay in a cabin. These are the most affordable and easiest people to work with. Their pricing is straightforward with no non-sense fees here and there. Cabins are always great. We went during the summer to hopefully see a bear. We didn't see a bear at our cabin, but we did leave our car doors unlocked. A bear did happen to open the doors and eat some of our snacks. That was pretty exciting. We did go to a local park (Laurel Falls) and we saw a bear in a tree.

We rented from Ski Mountain Chalets and rented out Cabin Fever #14 2 bedroom 2 bath chalet. Jennifer was nice and helpful for the entire booking and payment process. The owner of this chalet was next door at the time and very friendly and nice. This chalet has been recently updated with newer flat screen TV's and the wifi worked fine while we were there. It was clean and all appliances, A/C, bathrooms, tubs and etc. all worked well. There was cookware and dishware available. The only thing we had to use of our own were forks and spoons so bring your own. The drive to the chalet was a bit narrow and steep but it was doable and not far from town for extra convenience. It is important to note that there are two sets of stairs down to the cabin from the parking spot so be prepared. Also, there ARE bears out here. We encountered a big one as we were coming around the corner up the stairs. He was close. He seemed a bit curious and we backed up and he soon left us alone. I think they are somewhat used to people. They look for food in and around cabins and cars so be careful and keep your eyes up :-). I would recommend this chalet and this company for Gatlinburg vacations if you want a true Smoky Mountain experience. We had a good view and it was really close to the national park areas that are popular.

This place is amazing! During a very difficult time, my family was looking for a last minute get away. They not only made it happen, but was very helpful!

Ski Mountain Chalets will be the first place I check for any cabin in Gatlinburg!
