This experience was awful!!!  The lady that "helped" me acted like she would rather do anything other then help me.  I told what I thought the part number was but that I wasn't sure, she offered no additional help.  When the part came out 5 min later, the package listed the wrong engine for my vehicle.  When I asked her about it, she just snidely said "that's the part you told me"!  From the side conversations that we're going  on there appeared to be some bigwig coming in.  They must be more important than paying customers.

If I could, I would give a -5 stars.

NAPA promised me one price over the phone and then raised
the price when I went in to buy the part from them. They also decreased the amount that they offered for the old starter. I won't be giving them any more business nor any recommendations. No thanks for your disloyalty and your greed. Nasty business to work with when repairing your. Untrustworthy people, they say one thing and do another.

They have everything you could need for your car.  But checking out can be super slow.  Parts people also check you out and they can be helping someone for ten minutes.
