Great experience! I would highly recommend Napelton Mazda. Go see Kate! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and best of all not pushy!  I had an horrible experience at another dealership and although the car was a little cheaper at the other dealership I bought here because of the experience!!  It helps that I love my new car too!!! Try them out you won’t be disappointed!

I bought my Mazda CX-3 and I’m in love with this vehicle. Kate Wedzik was my sales associate and I couldn’t ask for better service. Kate was great to work with, I was comfortable and I had a great experience. She is the best Sales associate I’ve ever met. I would recommend Kate to anyone looking to get into a New Mazda. Thank you Kate and Skylar for making my experience comfortable and pleasant. You’re the best :)

I knew what I wanted (2018 MX-5RF), after doing my research online, I made a build sheet and sent it out for quotes.  Melissa Martens was the first to respond, and was very professional as well as helpful.  As the car was a gift for my wife, the entire staff did a great job with getting the car ordered after giving me several options to get a car locally and add the options.  Melissa was able to intercept a car being build in Japan, add the options we wanted, and delivered it much faster than originally anticipated!  When we took ownership, they even got a cake for my wife and sang "Happy Birthday" to her!  I highly recommend this dealership and Melissa...no pressure, and very professional...she was great every step of the way, and my wife was completely blown away!

Gilbert was highly accommodating and friendly. Gave us a great experience by allowing us time to think about our purchase, worked with our budget, and was professional in every way. I'd recommend working with Gilbert at this dealership.

Was interested in a used MX-3 they advertised. Called and they said we couldn't test drive it because it had just been traded in and hadn't been inspected yet. We came in the next morning and drove it. Liked the car, and were about to buy it until we had it inspected later that day. Found out that the check engine light had been on until they reset it for our test drive. A report from their service team shows that they first inspected the car when it was traded in six weeks earlier (not the night before as they told us). They knew that the thermostat needed replacement and tried to sell it to us as if nothing was wrong. Several lies in a row from them means I'll never walk in the door again!
