I haven't purchased a car in a long time and was really dreading the "smarmy car sales guy" process.  I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised that is NOT the case at Schaumburg Toyota.  The facility was impressive, bustling with sales reps and customers...tons of customers.  Our sales rep, Juan Vasquez, was awesome.  He was fair, honest and I believe really had our interests in mind.  Also worth a note that this is the first Toyota I've ever owned. Repeat business is the name of the game and it was such a pleasant, friendly experience....I'll be back to buy our next car. (which probably won't be for a while since Toyota's last FOREVER! :) )

I was very satisfied with my service at Schaumburg Toyota. My sales consultant and finance consultans answered all my questions with friendliness and were very knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I was very pleased and I definitely plan on buying future cars from them. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

Had an easy experience buying a used car here. They were willing to negotiate, and Emmanuel got us the price we wanted. His sense of humor also helped through the process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience! About a week after buying the car, I saw my car was leaking a little oil. I went back to Toyota and they found a faulty gasket and replaced it for free! Excellent customer service! I could not be more pleased with the quality of service they provide to their customers. Keep doing what you're doing!

Nice new facility. Great waiting room. Comfortable and with multi-beverage coffee machine and muffins, complimentary.
Work was completed in about an hour and they washed the exterior of the car. What's not to like.

I'm waiting here for 10 minutes to pay for my oil change. No one in line. Two cashiers are busy doing paperwork. 45 mins before close. Lack of urgency.
