After a long day of visiting many dealers and not getting the service and price range we were looking it was such a great relief to walk in to Schaumburg Mitsubishi and be greeted by Reed Peterson, he was very helpful and knew his stuff, he was able to work with our budget no hassle he was able to help us and made the whole process pain free,  we were so happy with his service that my son also bought a car from him and a good friend of the family.  Three cars in one week says a lot of the kind of service we received.  Thank you Reed!

Second time buyer here, purchased my vehicle about 2 months ago(may 24th) from Schaumburg Mitsubishi. Good quality(no issues)2011 Lancer that they had advertised online. Our salesman, Tim Geller, went out of his way to help/tell about the features, discuss trade-in, and walked us through financing services with manager Mike. I'd highly recommend Tim, our transaction with him was nearly perfect!!!

My experience with Schaumburg Mitsubishi was one I will never forget since it was my first time buying a car. The team there is outstanding specifically Pete and Tom. 

Pete was very professional and did a very good job of explaining the features on the car (Outlander Sport LE). He took his time and answered any questions that I had. He made sure that when I left that I was fully informed and was comfortable. 

I would highly recommend Schaumburg Mitsubishi to anyone who is looking for a new or used car! Definitely an experience I will never forget!

In a nutshell, it was like buying a car from friends. Both Sales Associate Travis Hobbs and Manager Chris Florin were extremely organized, talked me through every step of the process, were highly knowlegeable, answered all my questions and advised on the best options for me. The entire experience was positive and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a reliable car. Thank you and stay great!
