Helle there, This people are very rude and unprofessional. Here is the situation. I bought a brand new car two months ago and since I had a issue with the alignment, the car is pulling to the left so I contacted James E. from service department just to realize that I need to pay $235.00 for alignment, really ? the car have 3,300 miles on it,... We talking expensive car and their service that sucks. I don't recommend their service in any means, I would never come back to service any car there... This is far the worst experience I ever had with the service department.

I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of the lady working, but I believe she may also be the manager... Was incredibly knowledgeable & accommodating to my partner and myself. Although we decided not to purchase a Maserati, anyone who is considering buying one, definitely go here.

We went to Ziegler for our new Maserati because of the fantastic service we received at their BMW dealership. Leanne, their online salesperson, was awesome- very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. The salesman (forgot his name) for the Maserati was condescending and arrogant. Telling me what I do and don't like, including colors. The sales manager was rude- to the Fiat saleswoman and to us. They lost the sale, no way we will buy from them. Too bad because it hurt Ziegler's reputation with us and anyone we talk to.
