I had a brief dispute with a sales manager over a maintenance charge the other night, where I felt I shouldn’t have had to pay for something, and the manager was not willing to accommodate. Feeling frustrated, I left a negative review shortly after. 

Bright and early the next day, the GM, Anthony Miceli, personally gave me a call to hear me out. We had a great discussion about what happened and he apologized on behalf of the entire dealership, and instantly provided a full refund. 

I am very impressed with Anthony’s customer service and willingness to talk to someone like myself, who he had no shot of getting a sale with, just to hear what happened and resolve the issue. 

I highly recommend Nissan of Woodfield, and especially working directly with the GM, Anthony.

The sales people are liars and will scam you in any way possible. They send bs emails to get you in and tell you something completely diff. Every time I come to get a service done it's ALWAYS a mess. One time they lost my keys and I ended up waiting for 3 hours, they promised free tire rotation which I came in to get done and couple weeks later went to a local Just Tires and they told me a tire rotation was never done.. just shows what kind of people they are. Recently i got a phone call that I needed to get a 6 month service check up and when I came in for my appointment they said I don't need anything done and whoever called me made a mistake, I live 30 min away from this dealer so I was mad I wasted gas and time. The guy told me he would wash my car inside and out for free since they made the mistake. I said fine and after waiting for about an hour, I asked to see what's going on, he then tells me there's another hour wait until my car gets washed. At this point I'm so pissed I asked him why in the world would he offer the car wash if it was going to take 2 hours?! And not even mention the wait!! Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!

Probably the best customer service we could have experienced. We had been living out of the country for 4 years and needed a car that fit our growing families needs. Gabriel helped us find the perfect vehicle and did all he could to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We've already recommended Woodfield Nissan to our family members and friends. Their whole team was amazing! From their salesmen, their managers and finance. Thank you Gabriel D!

A pleasure doing business with! I bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Woodfield Nissan, and the purchase was smooth and easy! The car salesman are always enthusaistic to work around your wants and needs and will get you the car that best fits you! I love my Rogue, and Woodfield assisted me in finding the perfect car for a great price! They were especially helpful in helping us find the car we wanted after Liberty Nissan pretty much screwed us over. I took a star off because while over the phone, one salesman of the service department claimed they did not offer loaner vehicles when you take your car in for a warrantied repair (they most definitely do as I had received one in the past for a warrantied repair). Eventually, I had to take my car to Zeigler Nissan for the repair as they gave us our requested loaner. Regardless, this is a wonderful dealership with amazing staff and quick-and-easy service, and I will definitely buy my next car from a Woodfield dealership!

I was super happy to have came here! Rey and his boss were very professional and nice. They took their time to get us a great deal that would suit our lifestyle. They did their best to help us get outta the hole(balance owed on trade in) we were in. We are a little over desired budget but Well worth it in 3 yrs. Rey stayed past closing hours still going over everything. They were not rushing at all whatsoever. And he even put some videos on the iPad for us to watch all the features our car had.
