We had a great experience shopping for cars here. Justin was patient, never pushy, and honest during the whole process. Only bummer is there was no negotiating on price.

Also, I took the car into a dealer/shop to have it inspected before buying it. I recommend that anybody buying a used car (branded title or not) should take it to a mechanic before buying it.

(I did not give this review on the spot, I waited a couple days before providing my opinion. I will give updates if we have any unforeseen problems.)

Justin was who helped me and he was very informed and knew all the answers to my millions of questions. All of the employees were straight forward and honest about the process. They made it very easy. This was the 7th dealership I had been to and I spent about 4 hours at each. I was in and out within less than 3 hours here and that alone was impressive. Karmen was the best. Very helpful and kind. Not to mention none of them were pushy AT ALL. Peace & Blessings my dudez

We just bought a 2011 Odyssey, came from out of state. George was very responsive as we spent a few weeks watching their website, for Odyssey's specifically. They answered all our questions and stayed over an hour later than their closing time on a Saturday night to let us test drive and inspect the car and run the numbers for a purchase. Nikki was also very knowledgeable and quick with helping set up financing. They were also very helpful in getting us out the door as we had to return home quickly.They were both fun to work with and took care of our two daughters as well. 
In the 2 years since we purchased the vehicle we have had issues with the paint job and over abundance of  bondo. Also, there was an issue with the lift gate which we knew of. They said it was sold as is. We noticed  it was working, with some issues and asked if they could look at it. They promptly removed the hardware on the gate rather than attempt to fix. Fortunately I noticed the change and was able to get the parts they removed and was able to get the gate to work. And I have no automobile repair experience, nothing close. 
The branded title route you need to expect issues, if I buy branded again I will be checking other dealers first.

Image Auto Sales has been great to work with!  They made the process of test driving a car easy and quick.   Low pressure salesman were great to work with.  The process to buy a car was quick and easy.  We would highly recommend Image Auto Sales!!

Came in looking for a specific car and a quick deal. It was every bit of that. Met the salesman Grant and he got us into a test drive immediately. Less than an hour and half later we drove away in a beautiful car. Definitely like the way these guys do business. 

Edit: Have ran into a few issues with the car and Image is definitely willing to help make a satisfactory solution. Will report back later how that goes. Still in love with the car just some quirks to get through. Dont shy away from Image. They are great but aome cars need a little more love than others and maybe mine, being a consignment sale through image, just needs their special touch. Lets hope at least.
