The best dealership you could possibly find. I got a Ford Focus titanium 2012 with very good mileage and full option with a really good price. Carl worked with me, he was honest and super helpful. He would always try to help me. Afer 4 days of getting the car I had an issue with the battery, which was completely my fault, and he changed it for me. Gave me a new one and completely free. He even answered my phone calls on Sunday when the issue with the battery happened. Even with my loan issues Carl was very patient. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Carl and Brennan were kind and courteous. When I bought my Yukon Denali from them, they were kind enough to let me negotiate new tires and wipers. They also fixed an air shock issue that the vehicle had. The reason I gave just one star is the vehicle they sold me. It was definitely a lemon. I have owned it for less than a year and have dropped more than $5,000 into it! I kept up on all of the service. I don't hot rod or abuse my vehicles and I only drive short distances on the freeway. After just 6 months of owning the vehicle, I had to rebuild the transmission, replace the entire front end, re-glue the interior roof fabric, and replace several bad seals and sensors. Now, there is a strange sound coming from the drive line that I will have to get diagnosed. Carl and Brennan showcased the vehicle as a once-in-a-lifetime find, which I bought into as the vehicle had low miles and looked fantastic. Little did I know the headache it would cause both mentally and monetarily. Needless to say, I will never buy another vehicle from Utah Auto Exchange.

The customer service here is exemplary. The quality of their product is top notch and this dealer takes pride in ensuring their customers receive a reliable vehicle. Great people to work with.

Not only were they open with all issues of the vehicle, great educators, and fair with pricing, they have been of continuous service to us throughout this first year of our purchasing one of their vehicles. If something seems off or goes awry I simply give them a call and Carl will give me full insight to what could be the issue and where I can receive quality and affordable service. And he is so friendly, seems to always have the time to chat and help. Simply put- they know what's up 100% and have the customer's best interest at heart. Five stars!

I bought an awesome used car here and let me tell you, the service here is great. I met with Carl, one of the owners and he was very knowledgeable and straight forward about the car I was looking to buy. Absolutely no pressure or forcing a sale which is a relief because you that's what you normally expect when stopping by a used car lot. We were able to agree on a fair price. Fees here are modest and very low. Buying a car here is hassle free. Super friendly for first time purchasers. If anything in their lot catches your eye I'd recommend stopping by and talking with them.
