I was thrilled with the staff and service at Diadem. Micah helped me design my own unique engagement ring. It is beautiful! I recommend this family-owned store to anyone. They are honorable, knowledgeable and friendly. They will be my jeweler from now on. I intend to purchase more items from them and to use to them maintain and repair my own jewelry.

I love working with the troops at diadem! They are always helpful and very responsive to my needs. The custom ring they created for my wife is extraordinary and she will enjoy it for the rest of her life. If you are looking for a trustworthy Jeweler this is the place.

Excellent, quality, timely work. Brian. Sterling, Robin, and the staff do a very good job of trying to not just meet but exceed your expectations. They take the time to understand what you need, to work with your ideas, and to produce quality work. Their CAD/CAM work is truly outstanding. One of the best jewelers and jewelry stores in Greensboro. I highly recommend them.

Second time I've shopped there for my wife's Christmas gift. It's a wonderful experience, the people who work there are very helpful, easy going and make you feel like your part of the family. You can't go wrong shopping at Diadem Jewelers. Highly recommend!

I purchased an engagement ring from Royal Diadem. They offered exceptional customer service with assisting in the design of the ring. My fiancé absolutely loves it. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Andrea and Brian were always polite and helpful and answered any questions I had. I felt shopping at Diadem offered a more personal and satisfying experience than any were else in the area.
