I have been working with Wilgus Insurance for the last 17 years now and they have always done an outstanding job for me and my family. The staff is always so friendly when I either call or stop in and always seem to go the extra mile to make sure that I am comfortable with the policies I have. On several occasions, they have even called me to let me know about other companies or policies that they service that would either save me money or increase my coverage for the same amount I am paying. My accounts are now being handled by Alex Wight who is doing an excellent job staying on top of several changes I have made recently. I would highly recommend Alex Wight at Wilgus Insurance to anyone looking for personable and exceptional service.

I have been with this insurance company 3 years now my policy got dropped once because I didn't give them my family's driver license info when I'm on a completely separate policy and I'm the only one driving the car not to mention every time I call to pay my bill I call about 5 times and nobody answers their phone so I have to go all the way across town to pay it... I am changing companies as soon as I'm able to I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they keep letting me down...

Wilgus Insurance is the best Agency I have dealt with. They are the most responsive to any concerns and customer service is at the highest level. I would recommend them to anybody.
