During a situation involving identity theft SDCCU agents gave me wrong information and the bank manager not only refused to release my direct deposit after my account had been fraudulently used, but also the bank us charging me fees for translations that I never authorised.  Even after filing a police report about tube fraud and identity theft SDCCU won't make things right.  They're victimizing me just as badly as the thrives.  Not only would I not recommend SDCCU, but the sheriffs deputy said he's heard this before with them and even he wouldn't use them.   Shame on SDCCU for victimizing their customers instead of protecting them.

When times are good they will give you a visa credit card. Just as the recession hit they suspended my card. Congratulations even the big banks did not suspend my credit line. Thanks for nothing. I think I will stay clear of this worthless union.

I received excellent information from Rhonda at SDCCU Santee  about rolling over my retirement account. She is their financial advisor. I had first been to Mission Fed where they knew nothing and promptly referred me to a third party whom I was told works with them 99% of the time since they do nothing "in house" for retirement. 
Having accounts with both my decision was easy. Today I will go in to open my account I prefer appointments to waiting around!

These guys have the worst customer service, stay away form this "credit union" they just behave like one of those big banks. I am firing them first thing on Monday.
