For anyone active or retired from the military this is the place you definitely want to stay. The hotel is renovated a while back and is beautiful as it stands today. There is no other place anywhere near this price range but is this nice. It's it's right on the beach and most rooms will have of you. Walk right out and enjoy it with your family and enjoy the sights of Coronado.

My sister and her toddler son and I stayed in a room with two double beds. There was plenty of space, the lodge is right next to the beach, so we walked out there and watched the sunrise and set a few times. There was a great playground for my nephew. Breakfast was good every day, and they added waffles on the weekend! The gift shop was nice and came in handy for forgotten items. The pool was closed, but we were there in winter so it would have been freezing anyway. Great place!

Perfect location, wonderful New addition. Free breakfast.  Call as soon as eligible for reservation, this location is extremely popular.
Rooms are nicely done with a variety of amenities depending on price.  Even standard room includes two beds, mini fridge and microwave.

Two stars for the view and the fact that the beach is right there. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was skimpy. One recommendation: ask for a room with a view or one around the pool. Some rooms have NO view and even the balcony is obstructed from viewing anything (in the back of the building). Unless I got a room in the front of the building or around the pool I would not come here again.

Excellent value for eligible sponsors and their families. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Proximity to beach is an added bonus. 24 hour gift shop for late night snack and beverage needs. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is a little too continental. You'll have to go somewhere else if you have an appetite.
